Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried about the dryness at work, so I bought this product from IPSA for the first time. The round shape is cute! It moisturizes your face when you press it. I'm glad I bought it!
I have dry skin, so I bought this for daytime use. The mist is fine and blends well with my skin, making it very comfortable to use. I don't think it's moisturizing enough for me, but after a while, when I apply it to my dry skin and touch up my makeup, it does restore my skin a little, although not quite as well as my morning makeup!
Maybe it's because of my age, or maybe it's because of the dry winter weather. I used to have oily skin, but now it's completely dry. I was looking for a moisturizing mist, and I'd been interested in this for a while, so I bought it. The fine mist feels nice. I sprayed it on and it felt moisturizing for a while. But it seemed to dry out over time... Maybe it's good for touching up makeup? I don't think I'll buy it again.
It's moisturizing! It's small, so it's easy to carry around. It's small, but it covers your entire face! It's great!
