After shampooing, drain the water from your hair, take an appropriate amount of conditioner in your palm, and apply it thoroughly to your hair, then rinse.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

At the time, I had seen a few reviews saying it was rough, but after using the conditioner or treatment, my hair became incredibly smooth! It also cured my itchy scalp! I definitely want everyone to try this product!
