How To Use
Add one tablet to the bath water (150-200L) and let it dissolve completely before getting in the bath. The bicarbonate*2 ions remain dissolved in the water even after the bubbles disappear. *2 Sodium bicarbonate (base)

It's popular, so I tried it. It seems to improve blood circulation, but considering the cost-effectiveness, I prefer Epsom salt.
The water becomes softer and feels great. However, it doesn't warm as well as a hot tub. The bath additives are strong, so I feel happy when I take a bath.
I don't know much about CBD or carbonation, but it gave me a warming sensation. It's milky white and has a nice scent, so it's relaxing.
I love the scent and the color of the water, and I love it so much that I want to use it every day. It helps me relax both my body and mind on days when I'm tired or want to get a good night's sleep.
I was curious to know if Eight the Thalasso also makes bath salts, so I tried one. It doesn't make me sweat so much, but it warms me up nicely and has a nice scent, so it's easy to use. It's a bit pricey, so I don't think it's suitable for daily bathing. On the other hand, if I'm tired and want to indulge, something like Ayura might have a more relaxing effect... so it's a shame that there's no definitive answer. I might buy the individual packets again if I feel like it.
