How to use
Gold shampoo: Thoroughly wet your hair and scalp, then pump out an appropriate amount and massage into your hair and scalp. Massage into your hair with the palm of your fingers. Rinse thoroughly. Platinum treatment: After shampooing, lightly drain the water, take an appropriate amount in your hand, and work it into your entire hair, starting from the ends. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The foaming is amazing! I want to use this for the rest of my life.
I bought this shampoo because I wanted to try using a foam shampoo. I use 8 pumps for long hair. It may be a little much, but I use a lot because I want to wash my hair while packing it with lots of foam. Perhaps because I pump so much, the foam doesn't go flat even when I use styling products, and it stays fluffy. I also tried the silver shampoo, but I prefer this gold one at this time of year because it's more moisturizing. It's moisturizing, but when I dry it, it becomes smooth and well-balanced.
My number one shampoo. I've tried many different shampoos, but I haven't found anything better. It comes out as foam, so it's super easy to use. It lathers so gently that you'll regret rinsing it off. The foam doesn't go flat, so you only need a small amount. Maybe it's because of the high concentration of wool keratin? It reduces breakage and hair loss (it doesn't tangle). I've seen refills on other sites, so I hope Suzykirei will also carry them.
It has stronger cleansing power than Gin Shampoo, but is gentler on the skin. I like how it leaves my hair feeling moisturized.
