What it is
Highly pigmented and maintains a clear line. Uses pigments that are resistant to pigmentation. Waterproof and resistant to sweat, water, and sebum, it is a film type that does not easily come off, but can be easily removed with warm water. The easy-to-draw, ultra-fine pen type allows you to smoothly draw thin and thick lines as well as flicks at the corners of your eyes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Liquid Eyeliner N Rose Brown (limited edition color) is not available in my area (as usual), but I happened to see it featured on a TV show while I was out and found it at Zagzag♪, which caught my eye, so I ended up buying two. lol Kirei&Co. eyeliner is only 660 yen, but it's durable and has great color payoff, so I wear it all the time. For this price, if the reviews are as good as they say, it's amazing! I bought three bottles. I like to shake it to get the product out, so this was just what I expected, and I'm looking forward to using it.
I was surprised at how much it was worth for the price! I was a little worried because it was so cheap, but it's easy to use, doesn't smudge, and doesn't come off easily, so I'm very satisfied! I'm using the brown color, which I think is somewhere between black and brown. I've been using it for about two weeks, and for some reason, a part of the brush started to break off. It's fine, so I'm still using it.
First of all, it's inexpensive. The brush is firm and easy to use. The limited edition rose brown blends in very well with the skin. The nearby DS sold out, so I bought the brown again. This also blends in well with the skin. However, I wish they would sell the rose brown as a regular product. It goes well with both warm and cool eyeshadows. It doesn't smudge even if you use eye drops several times a day, and the color payoff is good. It's cheap, so you can buy it without hesitation. I wonder if the reason it runs out so quickly is because it's cheap and I use it every day...
I'm using 02 Brown. I saw it at Welcia and had been interested in it for a while because it was cheap, and the reviews seemed good, so I decided to buy it. The brush part is firm and easy to use. The brown color is also exquisite, making it easy to use on a daily basis. The body is light, so it can be a little difficult to use until you get used to it, but I think it's good value for the price and feel.
