Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample of this product when I purchased another product at the RMK store, and when I tried it, the pimple on my forehead disappeared overnight. I was surprised at how calming it was. The sagging pores that I was worried about became less noticeable after using this product. The refreshing feeling is perfect for summer, and I will definitely buy it again.

I received a sample when I was shopping at RMK ♪ It's a quasi-drug beauty serum because it contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and niacinamide. It feels refreshing when you use it, and I thought it would be better if it was a little more moisturizing...! But I thought it was very RMK-like, and I really liked it (lol). It has just the right amount of moisturizing power for summer.
