Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't like sticky products and can't use moisturizing products very often, but this is refreshing yet moisturizing, so I really love it. The price is just right for a gift or as a treat for myself, so I keep buying it.
The kit I bought at BeautyDay contained two packets. Each packet was over 700 yen, making it a luxury pack! I was looking forward to using it, but I was worried about the expiration date, so I decided to use two packets in a row. The sheet was different. What was it? Maybe it was a gauze type? It was a thin sheet with a unique texture. The sheet stuck to the skin on the forehead and nose, but it peeled off easily under the cheeks and on the chin, which was stressful. It's more like a lotion than a serum, so it's very moisturizing and doesn't feel sticky after peeling. It didn't sting my skin and I didn't experience any skin problems. The scent is a faint citrus-like scent, but looking at the ingredients, it doesn't contain any fragrance, so it seems to be a fruit extract or something. It smells slightly faint when you take it out of the bag, but it's barely scented. I found the sheets to peel off easily, so I don't think I'll be purchasing the full product myself.
I got a pack of this when I bought sunscreen, so I tried it out. The sheet is thick and adheres tightly to the skin. The size was a little small around the nostrils, but otherwise there were no problems. I was able to cover my chin. It was refreshing, but I thought it was moisturizing enough. If it were a little cheaper, I might have considered buying it.
Even though I followed the instructions, it didn't adhere well, so I had to repeatedly press down on my chin and wait, which was stressful. Maybe it didn't suit the contours of my face. It was refreshing, yet still moisturizing, and my skin felt great after use.
I bought it because it seemed to have excellent moisturizing properties. The sheet adhered well to my skin and fit perfectly. The lotion blended well with my skin and penetrated deeply. It didn't irritate my skin, so I was able to leave it on for a while. After I peeled it off, my skin felt soft and supple, and I felt great.
