What it is
A reformulation of the frictionless, water-like oil, Soothing Cleansing Oil. It maintains the light, water-like feel, but now contains even more botanical oils that are gentle on the skin. It supports the moisture barrier, leaving the skin's essential moisture intact, while cleanly washing away makeup and dirt without scrubbing. No need for double cleansing. Now available in a new package with the crest printed on it.

How to use
Use with dry hands and face. Pump 5-6 drops of oil into the palm of your hand and gently massage into your face. Emulsify the oil with a small amount of lukewarm water and gently massage into your face, then rinse thoroughly. No need to double cleanse.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had been interested in this product for a while, so I bought the mini size. Not only does it thoroughly remove makeup, but I also love that it doesn't require double cleansing, and leaves my skin moisturized without feeling tight. It also emulsifies well, so I could really feel the dirt being removed from my skin.
It contains skin care ingredients and is gentle on the skin, making it easy to use! I'd like to consider buying a larger size too.
I used two mini-sized bottles. The oil is light and easy to use, and it leaves my skin feeling refreshed after washing, which I like. I also like the stylish packaging.
Is the cleansing power a little weak? Mascara and eyeliner tended to spread and were difficult to remove, so I ended up scrubbing them hard, which made me wonder if it wasn't gentle on my skin... But I like that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or slimy after washing!
It was great because it came off easily and didn't leave my skin feeling tight. I'm hoping it will also unclog my pores.
