Givenchy Soin Noir UV Compact Puff

I was using the same Givenchy pink UV stick this summer, but when I had the counter touch up my makeup, they tried this on me, and I've been curious about it ever since, so I finally bought it. When they dabbed it around my nose without pressing it down with a tissue or anything, I couldn't help but ask, "Wait! Is this okay?" They answered refreshingly, "It absorbs sebum, so it's okay!♪" Then they continued, "And then, around the eyes, where dryness is a concern..." I was surprised, "What? It can do both..." I bought it for touch-ups, but sometimes I also use it as a primer. As a primer, I dab it on top of SK-II CC, or over a NARS or Credo primer, under the eyes, where dryness tends to cause breakouts, or on my nose to prevent pores from clogging. I often use it all over, but also in spots. When I touch up my makeup, I dab it on under the eyes, around my nose, and other areas where I'm concerned about creasing and dryness. After a short application, my skin looks plump and radiant. I also liked applying IPSA's stick serum over my makeup, but it doesn't make my blush look thinner, and even though it doesn't have as much color, it leaves my makeup looking as beautiful as my morning makeup. Also, for me, when I touch up my makeup, this one leaves my pores smooth and beautiful, better than using Addiction's stick to blend into the pores on my nose. It's so beautiful that you could just dab it on and be done, but if you're concerned, you might want to add powder on top. I've only just bought it, but I have a feeling I'll definitely be buying it again once it runs out. The only drawback is the price, I think... but I might not be able to stop using it.

I'd been using the pink compact cream for a while and had been interested in it for a while, but it was quite expensive so I hesitated, but finally bought it on Beauty Day. It has a slightly unique scent, but it's not unpleasant. I think it's a nice scent once you get used to it. There was a difference in how much my makeup came off when I applied it and when I didn't. It would be a waste to use it every day, so I use it when I want to put on some serious makeup.

I'm a repeat buyer. I haven't used it all yet, but I bought it as a stockpile when they were offering 30% points back. I don't use it on my whole face, but rather on my cheeks, nose, and forehead, where I have trouble with pores. It feels cool and refreshing when I apply it to my skin. Also, when I use it to touch up my makeup, it helps to remove pores and leave my skin looking beautiful.

I went to buy powder and had it touched up, and I was so impressed I bought it. It's cool and refreshing to use when touching up. It supposedly also has sunscreen properties, but I feel like it's a bit cost-effective to use as sunscreen in the morning. When I use it to touch up, it beautifully fixes foundation that has wrinkled during the day.

This Givenchy primer also offers UV protection. I purchased it after a beauty consultant recommended it. I apply it to areas with pores after sunscreen, then apply primer and foundation, and then dab it on top of my makeup when I feel dry. It looks like it's black and white!? But it doesn't really add color, and I didn't notice any noticeable tone-enhancing effect. The beauty ingredients are effective against dullness in the evening, and I can even use it over makeup when my face feels dry, so it definitely does provide a moisturizing feeling. This primer alone offers almost no coverage, but after using this primer, applying Kiss primer really covered my pores, so I felt like it really enhanced the effectiveness of my base makeup. Using Credo primer also beautifully tones my skin, leaving it looking its best. As expected from Givenchy, it leaves my skin looking beautiful, but the packaging doesn't feel as luxurious as the price suggests, and I was a little skeptical about whether the results were worth the price. There is another type that is specifically designed for moisturizing and is about 5,000 yen cheaper, so I thought I might try that one too and see if I want to buy it again.
