Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried No. 01 Cinnamon. When you remove the brush, the liquid doesn't drip onto the lashes, so it's convenient to use right away without having to squeeze the brush. This color is more suited to warm undertones, but I, who lean towards cool undertones, was able to wear it without it standing out too much. It's not a regular brown, but a rather stylish color, so I think it's easy to use for those who want to try out a stylish colored eyebrow mascara. It has the same scent as Paul & Joe's primer, which gets me excited. From the looks of it, there doesn't seem to be any fibers in the liquid (which I prefer).
The small brush makes application easy, and one swipe gives a sophisticated look. I love the natural finish that powder and pencils can't achieve!
