This silky hair balm, enveloped in the fragrance of pure white flowers, delivers a silky, silky feel with a soft, manageable texture and added shine. POINT 1: Contains Vitamin C derivatives*1, a hair repair ingredient that overcomes the weaknesses of Vitamin C.
