Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my first time buying this. It's very good, not just cleansing, but also leaves my skin feeling moisturized. The scent isn't bothersome at all.
I used Kanebo's Radiant Skin Refiner as a cleansing lotion. I think it's because the alcohol concentration is as low as possible, so it doesn't sting and is less irritating. I feel like the absorption of subsequent skin care products is different when I use it or not. Cleansing lotions are essential for pore care and maintaining transparency, but I don't really understand the difference between using only this one!
I like wipe-off lotions and have tried many different ones, but this one doesn't have any alcohol in it at all compared to other wipe-off lotions, and I can use it without any alcohol smell or irritation. It also removes dirt well. The scent is strong, and reminds me of a nostalgic smell I've smelled before, but it wasn't that bothersome to me.
