Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried about the dryness of my skin in the winter, so I found this product and bought it. It was my first time using an amino acid facial cleanser. It definitely doesn't feel as tight as other face washes. As other reviews have said, it's hard to create a thick lather, and I personally feel it's closer to a face wash that comes out as a foam. The scent is said to be citrus floral woody, but to my nose it doesn't smell citrus or floral. So maybe it's just the remaining woody notes? I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but I'm happy that I was able to escape the severe dryness.
I've been using it for about three months, and it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and without any tightness. I use a foaming net to lather it up, but the foam feels light, or rather, low in density. Since it's quite expensive, I'd like to wash with a more bouncy, elastic foam, so I'm not thinking about repurchasing it.

As everyone else has said in their reviews, it doesn't create a fluffy, soft lather, but it was fine for me. The scent is nice, and my skin felt moisturized after washing and looked beautiful (*^^*) I'm thinking about buying it again...!
I used the 20g product that came with the kit, but the foam was coarse. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get a thick, bouncy foam, and I thought that a drugstore-priced facial cleanser would produce a more elastic foam. Also, the scent was like perfume, which I didn't like. I can't imagine buying the actual product.
