How to use
When using for the first time, be sure to wash thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. If it dries and becomes hard, soak it in water or lukewarm water to soften it. Avoid using bleach or hot water. Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As other reviewers have said, it tightens and slims your face. I think the method alone has a certain effect on slimming your face, but the synergistic effect with the cream is quite impressive. I was like, "I only used it once?!" It's not as moisturizing or nourishing as the Clé de Peau massage cream I usually use, but if that's what you're looking for, it's cheap and perfect.

I've used Elixir massage cream before, but this one is different in how easily it grips your fingers when massaging. It's just the right consistency for Suqqu facial muscle massage. Not only does it leave your face feeling refreshed, it also improves firmness and clarity. It's also excellent as a cream! It's a pain to wipe off, so I massage it in while I'm in the bath.
