Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a spicy scent, which is unusual for a hand cream, and I think some people will like it and others will not, so it's not really suitable as a gift. It smells like incense or balm, so it's not suitable for use at work, so I use it at home as a relaxing item. The hand cream itself has good moisturizing power.
It has a nice scent and I put it on before going to bed. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized.
It was quite pricey for a hand cream, but I really love the scent. It has a woody scent that seems like it would be popular with everyone. I thought it might be a bit sticky in the summer, but since I have super dry skin, it didn't bother me.
First of all, the scent is soothing! And it's easy to use and doesn't feel sticky even when you touch your smartphone right after applying it. I wish it was a little more affordable.
