What it is
This "pore management" cleansing balm thoroughly removes various types of dirt caused by modern lifestyles, including external stressors such as air pollution and dust, excess sebum, and makeup that is difficult to remove. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The texture is quite hard. It has a similar texture to SHIRO's balm cleansing, but it's harder. It removes makeup well and moisturizes. That's its good point - it does a great job of cleansing. However, since it's a balm, it takes time to blend in. Recommended for taking a leisurely bath. I thought it might not be suitable for when you're in a hurry or when you're tired and want to quickly remove makeup and go to bed.
It's easy to use because it's in a tube. I think it's a soft balm. It seems to have removed dullness and brightened my skin. After washing, my skin didn't feel tight, but it was very refreshing, so I felt like I had to moisturize right away.
It's great because it removes makeup well without putting any strain on the skin.
I have sensitive skin, but after washing, my skin felt moisturized and it suited my skin. However, the texture is hard and it is difficult to get it out of the tube. It becomes soft when you spread it on your palm, so the hardness is not an issue when you use it.
It's not a sherbet-type balm, but rather has a fairly moist and heavy texture. It removes makeup well, and it feels good after emulsifying and rinsing it off. I didn't feel it was very effective on pore dirt. Maybe because it was hot, it separated and oil? Water? It started to seep out or seep through the gaps in the lid, so I'm considering buying it again.
