Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

14 Yu Kohaku I bought it from suzykirei. This is my first SUQQU. I bought it because I saw Tamura Hono wearing it in the magazine VOCE and thought it was cute. In the magazine it looked light, like muted makeup, but the color was better than I expected. It's a solid brown. The brown on the bottom left is a bit sparkly and the shimmer comes off a bit, but it's very cute.
It's a brown palette that's easy to use, but it also has a nice pigmentation and sparkle, so it's not just a safe look, it's gorgeous! The darker colors also have a slimming effect. I love sparkles, so this has become my favorite palette.
I'm a cool winter type, but it's very easy to use. The color is strong, so even if you apply it quickly, it still gives the impression of makeup.
I purchased number 14. The color was more beige than in the photo on the website and looked easy to use.
I fell in love at first sight and bought it! The glitter is elegant and the pink color is not too dark, so it's easy to use on a daily basis. As expected from SUQQU, the color is very vibrant!!
