What it is

How to use
(1) Remove the soaked mask from the pouch and place it on your heel with the long end facing downwards. (2) Unfold the dry protective cover and wrap it around the mask (1). Make sure the arrow on the end of the yellow sticker is pointing upwards. (3) Secure the protective cover (2) with the yellow sticker. Please be careful not to move as this may cause the mask to leak. (4) Leave the mask on for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your skin type. We recommend using it for a shorter time the first time. (5) Go to the bathroom, remove the mask, and rinse the liquid off your heel with lukewarm water. (6) Depending on your skin type, dead skin cells will begin to peel off after 3 to 5 days of use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
