I bought this product because it is said to have similar ingredients to Kracie's exclusive cuticle coat, which is not available commercially. It has a similar, watery oil texture. The scent fades quickly. I personally find that a more moisturizing type suits me better, but if I use a heavier moisturizing oil regularly, it can build up and create a thick film on my hair, so I feel comfortable using this one on a regular basis.
The oil is smooth but holds together well!
I received this as a trial gift from Suzykirei some time ago. I don't like sticky oils, but this product is moisturizing without being sticky, and even if I apply more than I expected, it leaves my hair feeling smooth. The scent is floral, but a little sweet and strong, and I personally prefer a gentler scent. However, I would recommend it for those who want the scent to linger for a while. I also use it as an oil before blow-drying, and although it's a little weak for my thick, straight hair, it does make it more manageable than when I don't use it. If you're using it before blow-drying, I would recommend it more for those with normal or fine hair. The container is also easy to use because it's a push-type, and there's no leakage or dripping, which is common, so it's pleasant to use!
The scent wasn't too strong and it was easy to use. It didn't leave my hair feeling sticky and kept it in place. It was also good value for money! There were no particular drawbacks and it was easy to use. I have other oils I want to try, so I won't be buying it again at the moment, but I might come back.
I bought this to make the damaged ends of my hair smoother when using a hair iron, but the smooth finish after using the iron and the silky smoothness I couldn't stop touching on the second day were so amazing! It's been a really long time (maybe 10 years?) since I last wrote a review. One pump was enough for the damaged areas from the heat of hair coloring and the iron, and one pump was enough for the whole head. It worked perfectly! (My hair is semi-long, about 7cm longer than my shoulders, curly, thin, and not much.) Maybe it's because of my hair type, but rather than applying it when it's damp, I find that applying it after blow-drying it and just before using the iron allows the heat to penetrate and make my hair silky smooth all the way through. It costs around 1400 yen (70ml). I've been using it for a month. I don't use it when I use a hair pack (about three times a month), so one bottle will last me about three months. It's a pretty good value for money, and I'm glad I found the refill pack! It has a soft, herbal scent reminiscent of Calvin Klein Escape (for women). I apply it and then use a hair iron, so the scent dissipates, but I can barely smell it after I'm done. I like the scent, so I wonder if it would be okay if it lingered a little longer? I guess it depends on the person.
