Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, so I bought this product because it is additive-free and suits my skin, so I keep buying it. It has no fragrance, so I can use it with confidence.
I bought this as a pre-shampoo! It's gentle on the skin. It doesn't tangle or itch.
Unlike me, my husband has never had any problems with shampoos, but he started complaining of itching, so I wanted to buy him a simple shampoo and bought this one. The itching seems to have subsided, so I'm going to have him continue using it. I wonder if it was because of the heat this time of year (heat rash), but either way, it's better to have no unnecessary additives.
It leaves the scalp feeling refreshed and prevents hair from becoming creaky, so it's great value for money.
Because it's virgin hair, I don't need to use chemical shampoos, and I like soap shampoos the most! I like how it removes dirt from my scalp right away. As for conditioner, I can use citric acid from the 100 yen shop, so it's good value for money. I need to use an after-bath treatment, but I think it's thanks to this product that my hair stays healthy!
