Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I also use the lotion from this series, morning and night. This cream is deeply moisturizing and, while being mild, it has helped me greatly by improving my dullness, sagging pores, and the slight fine lines on my forehead. It's a large-capacity product, so it's good value for money. I'm a bit worried that the price might go up soon, but unless something drastic happens, I think I'll continue using it. I love this cream, but it has a fairly thick texture, so it might be difficult for people with dry skin. I recommend it for people with dry skin.
As autumn approaches, the skincare I've been using up until now has somehow become unsuitable for me, and I'm starting to notice dryness, breakouts, and sagging skin. I've been using the moisturizing type of d program for a while, but the sagging has become even more noticeable. I remembered seeing it recommended on YouTube, so I bought it! The sagging is at its worst in the evening, but today it wasn't as noticeable. This might be good. P.S.
