How to use
After washing your face, before applying lotion, take an appropriate amount (1-2 pumps) and gently massage it into your entire face. Then, wrap your face in your palms to thoroughly massage it in. [Refilling Instructions and Precautions] Do not wash the pump or bottle. After using up the contents, refill the entire amount at once. After refilling, record the manufacturing code or cut it out and keep it. You may need it when making inquiries about the product. 1. Hold the bottom of the pump and unscrew it from the bottle. 2. Firmly hold the base of the spout and remove the cap. 3. Insert the spout into the opening of the bottle and slowly pour the contents in. 4. Gently insert the pump into the bottle and tighten it securely. *Do not touch the inside of the pump. *Be sure to refill into the Hikari Mirai Hydra Up Essence N bottle. *If the contents are difficult to dispense after refilling, press the pump several times. *If the unit becomes dirty or the pump starts to malfunction, please purchase a new unit.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
