Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually use SABON shower gel, but I tried Body Shop's for its cost-effectiveness. It has a tangerine scent! I think my kids would love it. I used it in December and it didn't dry out my skin, so I plan to use it in combination with SABON.
It smells amazing! It has a nice citrus scent with a hint of bitterness, which brings a sense of relaxation to bath time. I bought it as a treat for myself, so I thought it was perfect. The foaming is a little iffy, but it still lasts and I'm able to wash my whole body. The scent isn't too sweet, so it's really nice and I don't get tired of it even if I use it every day. I've decided to buy it again when I run out.
I really love this one. I've tried a lot of other brands of mandarin and orange scented soaps, but I've come back to The Body Shop. It's summer and my skin isn't particularly dry, but it doesn't take away a lot of sebum and leaves my skin feeling clean. I liked the previous packaging better, which had a mandarin feel. I feel like I can enjoy a nice scent while bathing and it helps relieve fatigue. I recommend it.
The scent is great. I'm glad they have a large size.
