How to use
After washing your face, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) onto a cotton pad or the palm of your hand and gently massage it into your skin. For more effective results, apply more to areas prone to dryness.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because it was inexpensive and contains vitamin C as an active ingredient. I haven't had any irritation since using it. If I'm happy with it after using one bottle, I'd like to buy it again.
Because it has a refreshing feel, it may not be enough for this time of year. Even after reapplying it several times, I still feel dryness. However, my skin tends to become rough and my barrier function weakens as the seasons change, so it may just not be as effective. The product itself feels good, so I would like to use it again when my skin has calmed down.

I've been using VITAPURU's clay facial cleanser and it has brightened my skin tone, so I thought maybe using them together would have a synergistic effect! I've also started using the lotion. The scent is sour, like yogurt, as you'd expect from lactic acid bacteria. The texture is thick and feels like it adheres to the skin. After a while, it no longer feels sticky, and instead leaves skin feeling refreshed. That "refreshing" feeling can sometimes feel dry or unsatisfying, so I change the lotion depending on my skin's condition. This is my review after using it for about two weeks. My skin feels smoother, but I've also developed a few small pimples due to dryness, so I can't say it's a good product. I'll use it up this time, but I won't be repurchasing it for now.
