How to use
Spread an appropriate amount (about 3cm in diameter) all over your face and rub it into your makeup in a circular motion. Then rinse thoroughly. When removing stubborn makeup, rub it in carefully so that the gel reaches even the smallest areas, such as your eyelashes and pores. When there is little left, turn the cap and remove it to use it all up without waste.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I have normal skin. I'm buying this again and again. This product is a makeup remover containing charcoal. The texture is an ink-colored gel that blends easily into the skin and turns into a clear gel once blended. It can be used with wet hands. Because it's a gel, it cleans pores better than oils and allows you to remove makeup by massaging it in with circular movements. The gentle, fresh floral scent is refreshing. I like that I can massage it in to remove my makeup every day. After washing, my skin doesn't feel tight and is left with just the right amount of moisture. There is a trial travel size available, so if you're interested, you might want to buy that first.

After carefully removing my makeup every day and exfoliating with Muji's medicated wipe-off lotion after my bath, the blackheads on my nose have become much less noticeable! Amazing! The texture is smooth. It eliminates the need for double cleansing, so it's great for shortening bath time. I've noticed that my skin is definitely getting cleaner, so I'm on my second bottle. However, because I have dry, sensitive skin (though I think the friction caused by using the wipe-off lotion and the cotton pad on my skin is also a factor), I couldn't avoid my face getting bright red and hot after my bath.
