While it's recommended to use it after toner, I use it before because it helps the toner penetrate deeper. Applying it at night protects my skin until morning. With continued use, the fine lines around my eyes have disappeared! I highly recommend anyone with dry skin try this. It has a distinctive Princepia scent, but the essential oils cover it up, so it's not noticeable at first. After a while, the scent of the ingredients becomes more noticeable, but once you get used to it, it's completely unnoticeable. In fact, knowing that you're doing something good for your skin makes it even more cherishable.
