Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was concerned about my dry and frizzy hair, so I bought this to try out a new shampoo. It lathers well and I really like the scent. The nice scent lasted until the next day. My hair felt moisturized and manageable after blow-drying.
It's been on the market for quite some time, but I'm a big fan. The scent isn't too strong, either. I like to try different things, so I haven't been using it for long periods of time... But they've released a new product that seems to be for damaged hair, so I'd like to try that next. A friend of mine said that using it with milk makes her hair very smooth.

I'm still searching for something that suits me. The shampoo isn't completely dry, but it does lather well if you use just the right amount. It's not bad. The scent isn't my favorite, but it's not too strong, so it's fine. It might not be enough for people who want a relaxing scent. The conditioner makes my hair smooth. I noticed that after drying, my hair became manageable just by combing it with my fingers. I have a lot of frizz, so it's terrible when I just dry it normally, but it managed to stay manageable, so I'm happy. It was also easy to style the next morning, which was great. If I like the feel and scent of the shampoo, I'll definitely buy it again. I'll also try other products in the series.
