Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I started to worry about the smell of my scalp, so I bought this. The smell of my scalp has improved, but my hair seems a little dry. However, the smell has improved, so I thought it might be a matter of using it differently.
I felt like the foaming wasn't great. So, it's a bit of a hassle to wash twice, and you have to use a lot at once, so it's not good value for money. The scent is described as citrus, but it has a smoky impression, and I thought it smelled like cigarettes...or like a car air freshener to get rid of cigarette odors. It's a scent I don't like. It does leave my scalp feeling refreshed.
I heard about build-up at the hair salon and was looking for a shampoo with scalp care. The one I had been using up until now was quite heavy, so since I started using this, I feel like my hair has become much less rough.
I only use the treatment. It has a nice scent, is not sticky, and leaves my hair soft and easy to run my fingers through.
