Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair is thin and prone to frizz. It tends to get dry, but it doesn't irritate my scalp at all, and the scent isn't too strong, so it's an easy-to-use shampoo. I deal with the dryness with oil. I'm undecided about the actual product, but even the expensive salon shampoos leave my hair dry, so I think this one will be fine.
When I shampoo my hair, it becomes like a bird's nest. During the time I was using it, my hair was so rough that even trying to run a comb through it would just make a squeaking noise and wouldn't untangle. I spent every day trying to wash out the foam, work the treatment into my hair, and desperately untangle each strand. My family's virgin hair also turned brown by the time they finished using one shampoo, so perhaps it just isn't suitable for hair that doesn't suffer much damage on a daily basis.
It has a nice scent and lathers well. I sometimes get itchy after using shampoo, but this one doesn't, so I think it's right for me.
