How to use
<How to refill into a bottle>(1) Firmly hold the base of the spout as shown in the illustration, and slowly turn the cap in the direction of the arrow to open. *When cutting, be careful of liquid spilling out and the cut edge of the cap. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle and secure it in place, then hold it with both hands as shown in the illustration and pour slowly. Be careful, as the ring may come off and fall into the bottle during refilling. To remove all remaining liquid, fold the bottle from the bottom and squeeze it out. Place the container on a flat surface before refilling. Do not mix with other products. Always refill into a used Dove Body Wash Premium Moisture Care bottle. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the empty bottle and the pump with tap water and dry it before refilling. After refilling, please record the serial number of this pack. (This may be necessary when making inquiries about the product.) Refill approximately 80% of the bottle. If you fill more than this, the liquid may overflow when you attach the pump. After refilling, be sure to close the cap and store upright. Do not use this product as is without refilling, or leave it in the bathroom. Be careful not to let water get into the product or get the cap wet. After opening, use as soon as possible.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
