What it is

How to use
<How to refill into a bottle> (1) Hold the spout firmly as shown in the diagram, and slowly cut along the dotted line in the direction of the arrow. *When cutting, be careful not to let the liquid splash out and the cut edge. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle and secure it in place, then hold it with both hands as shown in the diagram and slowly pour in. Do not mix with other products, and always refill into a used Dove Body Wash Rice Ferment & Osmanthus bottle. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the empty bottle and the pump with tap water, dry it, and then refill the entire amount at once. After refilling, please record the manufacturing number of this pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
