How to use
<How to refill into a bottle> (1) Hold the spout firmly as shown in the diagram, and slowly cut along the dotted line in the direction of the arrow. *When cutting, be careful not to let the liquid splash out and to avoid cuts. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle and secure it in place, then hold with both hands as shown in the diagram and slowly pour in. Do not mix with other products, and always refill into a used Dove Body Wash Jojoba Oil & Sandalwood bottle. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the empty bottle and the pump with tap water, allow to dry, and then refill the entire amount at once. After refilling, please record the manufacturing number of this pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
