Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used up the whole bottle. I'm a big fan of VT's Cica Cream (the famous green one), so I bought this one and wondered what it would be like. While the slim design makes it great for traveling and carrying around, it was difficult to squeeze out towards the end. There was no particular scent, and the moisturizing power was quite light. As someone with dry skin, I sometimes found the moisturizing power lacking. It's not bad, but I don't think I'll repurchase it.
It has a gentle scent and is smooth and easy to apply.
I bought it as a set, so I got it at a low price. I didn't have high expectations when I started using it, but I made it at night and it was still moisturizing in the morning. I focused on applying it to the fine lines around my bunny line, and it seems to have lightened a little. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
It's smooth, easy to spread, and has a subtle scent. It's moisturizing but not sticky, so it's easy to use before applying makeup or during the hot and humid seasons. It's a cream that leaves your skin smooth. For dry skin, it may not be enough in the cold season.
It's a thick cream, but it doesn't feel sticky after application. It's moisturizing and easy to use. I think it's the best of the VT series for mature skin.
