How to use
At the end of your nighttime skincare routine, take approximately one pearl-sized amount and spread it over your entire face. Follow steps (1)-(4) to lift your skin. (1) Place your thumb inside your hand and clasp your fingers together. (2) Purse your lips to make a "U" shape, press your skin, then lift it up and hold for 3 seconds. As you do this, move slightly from the tip of your chin to the corner of your mouth below your ear and to the side of your ear, lifting three areas at a time. (3) Pull the corners of your mouth to the side to make a "I" shape, press your skin, then lift it up and hold for 3 seconds. As you do this, move slightly from the tip of your chin to the corner of your mouth below your ear and to the side of your ear, lifting three areas at a time. (4) Using the entire palm of your hand, lift your skin from your jawline, under your eyes, toward your temples, and hold for 10 seconds. <How to Replace the Refill> Insert a 10-yen coin or similar into the recess at the top of the side of the main container and twist it to remove the refill container. Place the refill into the main container and press firmly from the top. Remove the seal before closing the cap. <Usage Precautions> ◇To maintain the quality of the contents, completely remove the seal from the container before use. ◇Be careful not to cut your hands on the edge of the seal when opening. ◇If the refill no longer fits properly, the cap no longer opens or closes properly, or if the container becomes scratched or peeled, we recommend replacing it with a new main container. *Do not transfer any remaining contents from the previous container into the refill. ◇Close the cap tightly after use. ◇If any cream gets on the opening of the container, wipe it off thoroughly. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in hot, humid places.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample from Suzykirei. I love Elexir and use the entire line, but this is my first time using this. It's perfect for firming and moisturizing! I tried using it as instructed. It spreads well and is a rich cream. I almost started massaging it in, but friction is not recommended, so I tried pressing it in instead. It feels great! Even after a while, the moisture remains and the firmness is there. I'm looking forward to using it.
I received a sample! I tried using it at night for a few days! The smoothness is noticeable right from the moment I put it on! When I touch my face in the morning, it feels plump and moisturized. With this price and quality, I'd definitely buy it again. I wonder if it would be more effective if I included a massage as shown on YouTube, but it doesn't seem like it would be that easy.
It's a thick cream that really seems to work. It's thick, but it spreads smoothly while staying on the skin, and I can tell it was created with a lot of research. I want to use it all over my face, and if I continue to use it, I feel like my facial features will become sharper and firmer.
I won a sample from Suzykirei. Thank you. I usually use Cosme Deco's Liposome Cream. I think the liposomes are more moisturizing, but unless you have extremely dry skin, there's not much difference. As for the important firming care, I think it's starting to have some effect... I feel like the highlights under my makeup have become more radiant and shiny... but I've run out of samples, so I'd like to try again in the summer.
I won a sample giveaway. I also had a sample of Elixir serum on hand, so I used it together. It was the middle of winter and the dryness was intense, but using it before bed was a lifesaver, leaving my skin moisturized and my makeup going on smoothly. It's not sticky after application, so my hair doesn't stick to it when I go to sleep, and it feels great to use. The cream's softness is also exquisite. It blends in easily. The instructions also included a massage, which I tried, but honestly, I couldn't see any change in my facial lines. It's impossible to notice anything just from using the sample, and if there was a change, I'd be worried about side effects. My nasolabial folds may have gotten a little plumper, but of course, they haven't gotten any worse. This is a reliable Elixir.
