How to use
To ensure a smooth application of eyeliner, we recommend using the brush slightly horizontally rather than standing it vertically. After use, store the brush horizontally, preferably with the tip facing up. If you feel that the ink is difficult to dispense, the following may be the cause. Please try each of the solutions. (1) When using the brush for the first time and the ink has not fully soaked into the tip: [Solution] 1. Hold the brush facing downwards and shake it vertically 5 to 10 times, or leave it for several hours to half a day. 2. Lightly press the tip against dry tissue paper to fully soak the ink into the tip. 3. Once the ink has dripped down to the tip, wipe off any excess ink. (2) When the brush tip becomes dirty or dry during use: [Solution] Wipe the tip with dry tissue paper, then try method (1).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

HANKYU BEAUTY Limited Edition Color: 05 Shadow Gray Matte I bought this because I liked the color after getting it done at an event. It doesn't have the same vivid color as black, so it blends easily with the eyes. The color lasts well and doesn't smudge. It doesn't rub off and dries quickly, so if you make a mistake, you need to touch it up before it dries. The bristles are thin, but the brush is thick and soft, so I sometimes draw thick lines, which makes it a little difficult for me, who is clumsy. However, it creates a soft look, so I use it often.
The brush is made of felt, which I found easier to use than brush-type products. I also thought it would be great if there were matte types available in addition to glossy finishes.
I already have both shades, but this is my second one because they're easy to apply and blend well. I like that they don't leave a shiny finish like other affordable eyeliners. As other reviewers have said, I store them flat, not upright, as advised by my beauty advisor.
It's a subtle brown, easy to use, and doesn't smudge. However, the brush became dry after a few uses, so it feels like it will run out quickly, which is a shame.
I received the Idole Liner Waterproof from Lancôme, a new product released in October! The formula is resistant to sweat, tears, and sebum, and is resistant to smudging, peeling, and fading, keeping the finish in place for up to 24 hours! The firm, 0.1mm ultra-fine brush makes it easy to apply, and the color payoff is amazing!
