How to use
After washing your face, pump the dispenser twice into your palm and place a generous amount on five areas of your face, focusing on the cheeks and other large areas. Using the entire palm of your hand, gently and carefully blend the product from your cheeks to your entire face. Finally, use the entire palm of your hand to hand-press the product, enveloping your skin. .When first using, press the dispenser several times until the contents come out. .After use, wipe the mouth of the container clean and be sure to close the cover cap properly. .For hygiene reasons, do not remove the dispenser from the container during use. .If the dispenser no longer moves smoothly, purchase a new unit. .If the product is not used for a long period after opening, the contents may harden around the mouth of the dispenser. In this case, press the dispenser several times to remove the hardened portion before use. .Formulated

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love Benefique's Reset Clear, and I've been interested in this serum since it was released. I bought it after trying the sample. I've only just started using it, so I don't know yet about the effects, but the scent is amazing. It's said to release happy hormones, so even a small amount spreads well and blends well, so I'd like to keep using it.
I'm buying this again. I use the entire Benefique line! I feel like my skin is moisturized just by applying this serum for the first time, and I feel like my skin has become healthier since I started using it! Personally, I love the scent, and it has a relaxing effect, so I really like it♪ It's not cheap, but I'm grateful that they offer refills.
It really does smell great! So soothing... It only takes two pumps, but it's not sticky and absorbs well, and the scent is so lovely that I'm happy to be able to use a lot. The scent is quite strong, but it's amazing how it disappears once you apply it. I also like that it doesn't interfere with other skincare products. I was originally using the night cream from this red series, but the serum has a similar scent, and I think it's even more gorgeous. I love it! I use it first, but it also absorbs well into the lotion and serum that I use afterwards, so if you like the scent after trying the tester, I recommend adding it to your regular skincare routine! It's been cold lately, so there are days when I feel like I'm too lazy to do my skincare routine, but being surrounded by a nice scent really helps lift my spirits.
I've never tried any introductory beauty products before, so I tried using the trial sample morning and night for a week. It contains red berries and has a nice texture. It feels nice on the skin, and I don't dislike the scent. It also helps the lotion I apply next penetrate better, and my skin feels moisturized in the morning. I'm still considering whether to buy it again, as there are other introductory products I'd like to try, such as liposomes and Takami. I'll probably consider buying it again after trying out a few different products.
It was not sticky and had a nice smell.
