Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's so moisturizing I loved it so much I bought a second one!
I bought this to tone my neck and décolleté. My skin gets itchy when I use sunscreen, so this toning cream without any sunscreen effect seems to suit me perfectly. I simply spread it with the large cushion puff and my décolleté looks beautiful. I was also pleased that it didn't get on my clothes.
It toned my skin just right and didn't break down too easily, which was great. It also came in a large quantity for the price. It didn't irritate my skin, so it's a great product, but the lack of UV protection was a bit disappointing.
I used the sample once and it felt quite hard in texture. It felt sticky when I spread it on my face. It seems to be good at toning up and preventing makeup from coming off. Looking at reviews, many people use it on their neck. I see, it's definitely the best place for the neck. However, it's a shame that it doesn't have UV protection. There are plenty of sunscreens that tone up quite a bit, so I'm not sure if I should go out of my way to repurchase this one, which doesn't have UV protection.
It gives a natural whitening effect! It can also be used on the neck.
