Curel Dark Spot & Freckle Prevention Serum, 30g

This is one of the products in my whitening serum rotation. It contains Kao's proprietary active whitening ingredient, Chamomilla ET, which stops the melanin production signal that is released when the skin is exposed to sunlight. I think this is the most affordable product containing Chamomilla ET. I include it in my rotation during the spring and summer when UV rays are strongest, and I try to prevent new dark spots from forming.

It spreads well even with a small amount, so it's easy to apply. I have a lot of blemishes, so I can't say how effective it is, but it's easy to use, so I use it every day.

I use a variety of whitening serums, but I decided to buy Chamomilla ET so I could use it generously when my skin is sensitive. I've only used it about twice so far, so I don't know the effectiveness, but I really like the feel and I like it. I use about three times the recommended amount, and since it has the same viscosity as lotion, I use it instead of lotion. My skin gets dry from indoor air conditioning, so this might be good for moisturizing in the summer and preventing blemishes!

I use this serum together with Curel's "Dark Spot and Freckle Prevention Lotion III (Very Moisturizing)." This serum has a light, creamy texture when applied to the fingertips. Even a small amount spreads easily and adheres perfectly to the skin. I really like the results, but the volume imbalance when using it together with the lotion is disappointing. The lotion contains 140ml of serum and 30g of serum, so if you use them together, the serum will inevitably be used up faster. For this reason, I only use the serum in the morning. As an excellent serum for preventing dark spots and freckles at this price range, I recommend using it together with the lotion!

This is a whitening serum that I highly recommend for sensitive skin. I use it at night and it instantly brightens my skin the next day. I love it, so I use it. I think it's not because it works on melanin, but because it suits my skin and gives it a translucent look. It's a gel-type serum with great hydration, so I recommend it even during dry seasons. I hope it never runs out!
