How To Use
Use after washing your face in the morning and evening. Take an appropriate amount (3-4 pumps) and gently apply to the entire face.

I'm here to say this. If you're looking for the active ingredient, Chamomilla ET, be aware that it's not included in the lotion. (This is what someone who bought it without realizing it said, sob.) Chamomilla ET, a proprietary ingredient from Kao, works to inhibit melanin production. It's a quasi-drug. Surprisingly, however, it's only included in the lotion and cream. So confusing! (Annoying. Incidentally, the cosmetic tissue contains L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, a highly stable form of vitamin C. However, this is something you can usually find in even affordable products. It's certainly hypoallergenic, moisturizing yet smooth, and absorbs easily. I think it's a good lotion. But I'm disappointed. If it wasn't Chamomilla ET, it wouldn't be a problem... I thought regular Curel, even at a more affordable price, would be fine.
I was looking for skincare that I could use safely even on sensitive skin, and I decided to buy Curel's whitening line because it had good reviews! I also wanted to have whiter skin. It's fragrance-free, absorbs smoothly into my skin, and is very easy to use! I also felt like my skin became significantly whiter! I'd like to use it again if I have the chance!!!
I find that applying the Curel series directly to my skin irritates me, so I layer it on top of other skincare products that suit my skin. I often layer lotions, so I layer about two coats of this on top of my gentle base lotion. This way, I don't feel any irritation, which is a big help. I'm not sure how effective it is at preventing dark spots and freckles, but compared to skincare products that protect the skin, it has more of a protective effect, so I feel more secure. I can't apply it directly, but I like the texture when layered, so I think I'll be buying it again.
I liked the regular Curel, so I bought the anti-blemish and freckle type to try out. The packaging is a little more luxurious than the regular translucent bottle. It's comfortable to use, as you'd expect from Curel. I can use it with confidence even on days when my skin isn't in good condition. I'm not sure about the short-term effectiveness of the anti-blemish and freckle type, but it's an item I'd like to repurchase.
To be honest, I don't really know much about the whitening effect. However, as it is Curel, it doesn't smudge at all, even when I use it on my most sensitive skin. It's also slightly thick, so it's easy to use and doesn't drip from my hands or face. I also like that it comes in a pump-type container, so you can see exactly how much to use. I've already bought a second bottle.
