Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I remembered using detergent a lot at my part-time job, so I bought this. My hands have become much rougher and no longer crack, and it feels great. It smells like menthol, but it's weak so it doesn't bother me. In fact, I like it. It's not too sticky and it moisturizes my hands nicely. It's inexpensive and the tube is easy to use, so I think I'll buy the jar type next time. I use this during the day, and at night after applying my usual lotion, and it has made my hands look beautiful so easily!
My hands started to get rough, so I bought the medicated version. It doesn't smudge on my chapped hands, isn't too sticky, and moisturizes nicely. Since it's medicated, it has a medicinal scent... It's inexpensive, so you can apply it generously, which is great. Additional note: If you apply too much during the day, it will become sticky. I recommend applying a very small amount during the day. If you want to apply a generous amount, I recommend doing so before going to bed.
I bought this for my mobile phone, and chose the medicated version because I wanted to take care of my hands wherever I go. The texture is fairly firm and easy to spread, but I feel like it's thick enough to stop my hands from sticking, so I think it's quite rich. It's medicated, and personally, I feel more comfortable with a thicker product that adheres firmly to the skin. Above all, the scent is reassuring, as it's so effective you can almost smell it unless you put your nose close to it, making it easy to use in public, but it's a little sticky, so I feel like it's designed to be used before bed... However, the sticky feeling wears off quickly, so I don't think you need to worry about the timing of use. My fingers crack every year when the weather gets cold, so I want to take good care of them to prevent it.
I used a drug tester and it's thick and seems good to use before going to bed.
I use the jar type at home and the tube type at work. It smells like a compress, but I don't mind it at all. I love how it has a refreshing, soothing effect. It moisturizes well without being sticky, and because it's medicated, it's effective against rough hands. I also apply it to my heels and elbows.
