How to use
First, wipe off any foundation from your eyebrows with an eyebrow brush or tissue. Use the tip of the brush to apply makeup to each hair, following the natural direction of the brow hair. .After use, be sure to close the cap tightly and store the product horizontally. .If foundation or other makeup gets on the brush, it may be difficult to dispense, so after use, gently wipe the brush tip with tissue paper or similar. .Do not shake the container. .When first using the product, it may appear slightly reddish, but this will return to normal after a few strokes. .Be careful not to get it on your clothes, etc. .Do not wash the brush tip with water. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was tempted by the free shipping and free eyebrow brush from Shiseido's online shop and purchased the ash gray one. I usually only use Inwi eyebrow pencils, which are no longer sold, to draw my eyebrows, but this one was missing something that was missing: a natural, realistic look. I have dark hair, but brown would have been good too. The brush is also very easy to use. It's a great product.
It's thin, but doesn't come off. The tip is thin, making it easy to apply. With the heatwave, the pencil tends to make the ends of my eyebrows disappear, so I decided to use liquid. Even though it's thin, if you apply it too many times it will become darker, so be careful. It says to store it "sideways," so even though I tend to stand it up, I'm being careful!
I'm currently using 01 Ash Gray. My eyebrow hairs are thick and dark, but they're particularly sparse at the end, so I use it to fill in those areas. I think it'll look good on people with dark hair. I was considering Addiction's Liquid Eyebrow Micro in 01 or 04, but I think this one is greener than 01 and not as dark as 04. It doesn't come off easily, even on hot days. I've used liquid eyebrows from Esprique and And B (both of which have powder), but this one disguises itself as a shadow even when applied lightly, and allows me to draw a thin line at the end of my brows. My eyebrows are dark overall, but thin in some areas, so I think I'll be fine with just the Inwi liquid.
I bought the ash brown shade. I bought it from the official online store without trying it in person. It was darker than I expected. The brush is long and easy to hold, making it very easy to use. I wish there were more lighter shades available!
