What it is
The "Eyebrow Pen" is a new form of eyebrow makeup cosmetic that maximizes the possibilities of pencils while achieving the delicate finish of powder makeup. It combines powder and brush techniques for a delicate finish, and pencil techniques for boldly creating strong lines. These two techniques can be used for different eyebrows, for example, gently using powder at the beginning of the brow, boldly shaping with a pencil, and then blending the outline with powder and using a pencil at the end. By combining brush and pencil techniques, you can create a natural-looking brow. This pale monotone eyebrow color, finished in a "light greige" that gently blends with your skin tone, creates a chic and understated impression. It is a quiet eyebrow color recommended for those who avoid strong contrasts on the face. *This product is a refill. A holder is not included.

How to use
First, use a pencil to apply color to the center of the inner brow, then blend it neatly up, down, left, and right with a brush to create a pale color at the beginning of the brow, creating a gentle impression. Next, use a pencil to gently apply shadow color to the shape of the brow without emphasizing the arch or line, ensuring there is no unevenness in the color, and then use a brush to smooth it out. Blend the outline of the brow with a brush to achieve the desired degree of blurring. Finally, use the thin end of the pencil to finish off the long, slender line at the end of the brow. If necessary, stroke the brush outward from above to make the sharp tip of the pencil look gentler and more natural.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
