Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to apply and the colors are cute!
It glides on smoothly and is very soft. It's glossy and the color really comes out when layered. I chose the mauve color, so I lightly pat it on and spread it out.
It didn't suit my sensitive lips.
I'm a 50-something woman with a cool summer undertone and a warm spring undertone, and I'm currently using "02 Antique Pink." My lips tend to be naturally reddish, so the color doesn't always come out beautifully, but this one really brings out the color and is amazing. It's the ultimate chic nude pink, making my entire makeup look sophisticated. It's discontinued? I'm really sad I can't find it anywhere... I also wanted to try "01 Melting Beige," and I wish they'd released a more blue-pink shade.
