Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It smells great and is very moisturizing!
I like how it keeps my skin moisturized until the morning, so I've used several of the lavender and citrus varieties. The moisturizing effect is inferior to Bioderma's Cicabio series, so I've been using that one exclusively lately, but if you want to enjoy the scent, this might be a good choice.
I bought this for night use. First of all, it looked cute, and there were a lot of other products in the store that caught my eye, but the price and the feel on application were all pretty much the same, so I was torn between what to do and what not, but in the end I decided on the look! I'm a big fan of hand creams and love trying out different ones. This one feels moisturizing immediately after application, but it's not sticky, so it's great. Since I started using it, my hangnails have disappeared. I also really like the scent. I'd like to buy it again when I run out!
I was suffering from hangnails on my fingers, and although I was using hand creams I already had, they were not getting better. Then I found this product, tried it out, and found it very smooth and very good, so I bought it. It's not sticky, so I used it during the day, and it completely cured the hangnails, which was amazing! I'll definitely be buying it again (^^)
