How to use
1. After washing your face, tone your skin with toner. 2. Remove one sheet mask from the package and apply it evenly to your face. 3. Leave it on for approximately 5 to 15 minutes, then remove it and lightly tap the remaining serum to absorb.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it 2-3 times a week and finished the entire box. It's smoother than Lululun and contains much less liquid. Lotion: This isn't very moisturizing, so I think a primer serum is essential. I apply Leadle Shot or Attenir Primer Shot, my favorite lotion, and then this for 20 minutes, and it really moisturizes and shrinks my pores! After that, I seal it in with serum and cream. I've combined it with various primer serums and pre-lotions, but these two primer serums seem to work well together! They're cool on the skin and not sticky, so they're comfortable to use. I have dry, sensitive skin and pores, but they're easy to use and don't irritate my skin.

Of all the cica products, this one was the most effective on my pores! It moisturizes and tightens my pores, and just using it makes my skin look clearer. It seems to dry out faster than the cica mask, so I remove it after about 5 minutes and moisturize with lotion or something similar. I'd also like to try the essence!
