How to use
This product is a replacement refill. Use with the SHISEIDO Essence Skin Glow Foundation dispenser and cover cap. (※) Shake well before use. At the first use, press the dispenser repeatedly until the contents dispense. After toning your skin with skincare, apply from the center of your face outward. Apply a small amount to areas where you want extra coverage and apply multiple layers. Using too little will not provide sufficient UV protection. We recommend using it in conjunction with cosmetics that provide UV protection. <How to attach the dispenser to the refill container> 1) Remove the cap from the refill container. 2) While holding the empty container with one hand, grasp the bottom of the dispenser and turn it to remove it. 3) Place the removed dispenser into the refill container and close tightly. *Please use the same size dispenser and cover cap. ◇If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures or humidity. ◇After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap tightly. ◇Be careful of fire. *The SPF and PA indications on this product are measured by applying 2 mg per 1 cm2 of skin, as specified in the international SPF test method. <Notes on refilling> ◇Do not wash the dispenser; leave it as is. ◇Be careful not to let the contents drip from the dispenser. ◇It may be difficult to remove, so be careful not to get it on your clothes. ◇If the dispenser stops moving smoothly or the cover cap no longer closes properly, please purchase a new bottle. ◇Do not transfer any remaining contents from the previous bottle to the refill. ◇To ensure hygienic use, we recommend purchasing a new bottle after refilling 2-3 times.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my favorite foundation I've ever used. *The only other foundation I've used is Shu Uemura Unlimited something (around 2022), so it's not really comparable... I tend to get acne when I wear makeup for long periods of time, but this doesn't happen when I wear it! It's also less drying, and even when it does get shiny, it has a beautiful shine. I used up one bottle in a year and am now on my second. I'd like to try other foundations, but for now I'm repeating this one because it doesn't have any added benefits. I layer it over my Dalba primer.
I love the concept and finish so much that I can't even pick up any other foundation. (lol) I don't have naturally beautiful skin or anything like that, but this foundation, which doesn't have much coverage, somehow makes my skin look really beautiful. I prioritize a naturally radiant complexion, and I prefer a natural glow over perfect coverage. I'm also more interested in creating beautiful bare skin that doesn't really need foundation than hiding anything. I have oily, sensitive skin, so I often refer to Kazunosuke's videos. He says that this foundation isn't for people with beautiful skin, but for those who want to improve their skin, and that really resonates with me. And that's why I want to use this product all the more. The concept and finish are perfect for me. I love cosmetics, so I buy and try a lot of different things, but this is the one I want to keep close by and keep coming back for. I use the color 260 Cashmere, which isn't available in Japan. Next time I buy it in Japan, I'll probably go for the 250. I have healthy skin that is a little on the dark side, and I think the color of this cashmere is a perfect fit for me.

I took a small amount in my hand and spread it with my fingers. It spread easily and blended well into my skin. However, my nose and other areas tend to get shiny in the evening, so I felt I needed to use a powder. It also removed my makeup well, so I'm satisfied overall!
