Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried about my hair drying out easily and getting tangled. After using this product, I feel like my hair is more bouncy than other products. I think my hair is a little less frizzy now, and the scent is nice, so I'll keep using it for a while.
I bought it at a drugstore for half price! In conclusion, it was great for my thick, coarse, dry, and damaged hair from coloring! I want to use it together with the shampoo ★ It moisturizes, makes my hair smooth, and gives it shine - nothing to complain about! However... why do these kinds of cheap shampoos leave such a strong scent on my hair? ^_^; No matter how much I like the scent of high-end shampoos and conditioners, it fades quickly, but these kinds of cheap shampoos linger. I don't really like essential scents, so I wish this one didn't linger.
Frankly, it was just average. It's neither good nor bad, and I think it's a shampoo and conditioner that the whole family can use. By the way, I recommend Essential Premium over this one!
I bought this for travel! The scent wasn't too strong and it left a smooth finish.
I bought the mini size for travel. The shampoo lathered well and didn't irritate my scalp. The treatment was easy to spread evenly, and it left my hair smooth after rinsing, which was great. I didn't use the after-bath shampoo during my trip, and I only used the shampoo for a few days, but my hair never became dry.
