Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When you apply it, it's like a jelly, but when you spread it out it turns into an oil. It makes it easy to create volume. If you apply too much, it will have a crisp feel, so be careful not to apply too much.
It doesn't feel heavy even when layered, and it feels light and natural. Personally, I like that it doesn't feel heavy. It also smells good, with a floral citrus scent accented with freshness and spice.
It's a hard gel with a decent hold. I apply it mainly to the ends of my hair after curling it, and it lasts all day. It lasts even on rainy days, probably because it's hard and viscous. The scent is similar to salon styling products, and I quite like it. When I try to tie my hair up after applying this, it's hard to run my fingers through it, so I apply it to the ends of my hair after tying it up.
The area where I applied it didn't feel crispy, but remained soft and managed to maintain its shape. I'm not used to using hair styling products, so I can't say how it compares to others. I was a little concerned that my hands were very shiny when I applied it.
It's amazing how it melts with the warmth of your hands! The consistent, pleasant scent makes styling fun!
