What it is

How to use
Please be sure to refill into the Aqua Label Special Gel Cream EX (Brightening) container before use. After washing your face in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount onto your fingertips and smooth it over your entire face. For areas with blemishes, take an additional small amount and apply a mask. Leave for approximately 3 minutes, then gently massage in. This product is not edible. To prevent accidental ingestion, please store it carefully. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, use the empty container without washing it. ◇After using the refill container, refill the entire container. ◇After refilling, please note the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom of this bag. You may need this when contacting us. ◇For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after 2-3 refills. ◇If the container cap no longer closes properly, please replace the entire container. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
