How to use
Spread the product over your entire face without wetting your face or hands. Wrap your cheeks and forehead with both hands, slowly gliding back and forth several times to blend the product into your skin. Apply the product to your nose, chin, around your mouth, and around your eyes in a circular motion. Afterwards, rinse with water or lukewarm water. You can also gently wipe it off with tissue paper before rinsing. The recommended amount for one use is one spatulaful (approximately 3.5g, 2.5cm in diameter) provided.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Mellow Off Veil is a very easy-to-use cleanser! After using it, my skin is in very good condition, moisturized and comfortable, even without using a facial cleanser. However, I felt that it was a little difficult to remove complex eye makeup. Overall, I am satisfied!

This is a mysterious cleanser. When you place it on your skin with dry hands, it feels like it adheres perfectly to your skin. When you rinse it with lukewarm water, it changes to a bouncy texture, allowing you to carefully remove your makeup. Point makeup is removed separately, and makeup comes off cleanly.
The feeling of it melting with the body heat of the skin is addictive. It removes makeup smoothly and is gentle on the skin. The scent is also pleasant.
A moisturizing cleanser. It doesn't leave your skin feeling tight after washing, and it's moisturized. It's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it! Eye makeup is hard to remove, so I think it's essential to use it in combination with a point remover.
